The House- The house is located on the north end of the island, approximately one mile inland from the high rise hotels and beaches. It is about ten minutes from the main town and only two blocks from the nearest grocery store.
- It comes with a completely equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king beds, bedding and towels (including beach towels). See Photo Album for pictures.
- The house is fully air-conditioned, has a washer and dryer, a large flat-screen TV with VHS/DVD player and cable (receives CNN and HBO) and has Wi-fi Internet.
- There are on-demand water heaters in both bathroom showers.
- House rental includes use of the radio room, equipment and antennas. See the Ham Radio page for details.
- No Smoking is allowed in the house.
